Oscar's Cooking and Handling Instructions

All of Oscar's products are fully cooked, except for the slab and sliced bacon.

All of our products are good for 10 days without refrigeration because of the curing, smoking, cooking and packaging. However, after you receive the product, put it in your refrigerator or freezer to ensure the best flavor.

All products are good in the refrigerator for up to 30 days, and in the freezer for up to 6 months.


Bone-In Ham

15 minutes per lb. at 325°

Boneless Ham

10 minutes per lb. at 325°

Spiral Cut Ham

10 minutes per lb. at 325°

Petite Ham

10 minutes per lb. at 325°

Sausages

pan fry or broil until brown

All Bacons

fry or broil slowly to your liking

Smoked Leg of Lamb

10 minutes per lb. at 325°

Smoked Pork Tenderloin

10 minutes per lb. at 325°

Smoked Boneless Turkey or Turkey Breast

15 Minutes per lb. at 325°

Smoked Bone-In Turkey or Turkey Breast

15 Minutes per lb. at 325°

Bone-In or Boneless Smoked Chicken

15 Minutes per lb. at 325°
